Crocs takes Walmart to court to imitate his popular shoes

In the lawsuit, presented at the Colorado District Court, Crocs claimed that 21 companies had sold similar versions of their clogs at lower prices.
The company "has suffered and will continue to suffer irreparable damage" to its reputation for it, said.
