Rioseco analyzed why Cutral Co is the city where the Frente de Todos wins
Cutral Co was once again almost the only city on the Neuquén map –with the exception of San Patricio del Chañar- in which the Frente de Todos achieved a comfortable victory. The ten point difference with respect to the second place (7,050 to 4,778) marks the support for the political space. In this context, the leader Ramón Rioseco, after stating that he felt "very satisfied" with the local result, pointed out that the Neuquén Popular Movement obtained "historic votes" in the city.
Once the elections on Sunday are over, the officials and leaders make a compulsory reading of the behavior of the electorate. In this sense, the current parliamentarian of Mercosur and former Cutralquense mayor, Ramón Rioseco considered that the ten points of difference that the FdT (political space that he represents) reached with respect to the Neuquén Popular Movement, in Cutral Co leaves them “very satisfied”.
“It is a national election with all the characteristics and the implication of the crack in the economy, in inflation, and it is difficult for it to enter the local discussion, a national one,” he told this newspaper.
In this line, he indicated that the backing or support of the people is noticed when a municipal or provincial election is under discussion. “There yes, we have more support because there is more closeness, but we are happy because Tanya (Bertoldi) was able to enter. We had been very committed in the PASO, and there was a comeback throughout the province, ”he said. For this reason, the former Cutralquense mayor considered that it was essential to maintain the bench that was at stake for the FdT.

Analysis: The Front of All saved the clothes, but it does not stop its fall in Neuquén
As for the result obtained by the MPN, he evaluated that he got the "historical votes and they are the ones he has always been getting." In this regard, he considered that the electoral flow he obtained, in this case Rolando Figueroa, was due to the fact that he was a more established candidate and with more experience.
However, he clarified that the provincial party, "fights for the rostrum", but has a very strong cluster of interests and whatever the candidate, "the MPN has the virtue that the internal does and then joins, even if they are angry They know they have a goal.”
In this regard, he considered that the MPN is "very intelligent because it fights for the outside, but it is strengthened on the inside." He reflected that "we would have to learn a lot from that, because with the division that we have in Neuquén, it is unlikely that it can ever be changed." On the other hand, he pointed out that in order to seriously discuss the driving dispute in the province, it is necessary to "break the ceiling."
Figueroa gave the MPN a seamless victory and looks to 2023
Rioseco also mentioned the flow of null votes that were in the elections: 1,327 (5.74%) and 400 blank (1.73%), which added up to more than any of the forces such as, for example, the Civic Coalition which garnered 1,120 votes (4.84%) and the Socialist Party, with 452 (1.95%). Free from the South took a hundred more than the null: 1,426 (6.17%). In contrast, the Workers' Left Front obtained 2,196 (9.50%).
In this sense, he indicated that there are many people who feel angry for various reasons and express themselves. "It's the synthesis and it's part of democracy, people vote in peace with desire and it's okay for those who vote blank or null," he concluded.
