It finally confirmed what for years was the cause of speculation between Batman's fanatics and his universe. Tim Drake, also known as Robin-Batman's faithful helper-revealed that he is bisexual.
This occurred in the sixth installment of the Batman comic book series, Urban legends, which today publishes DC Comics. Towards the end of the chapter, Tim Drake visits his friend Bernard and, after a brief conversation, accepts the latter's invitation to have a love date.
This dialogue marks the closure of the comic book, but surely the events will continue in the coming episodes. However, beyond the minutia, Robin's revelation as a bisexual character marks an important point in the history of Batman's universe.

In Polygon, writer Meghan Fitzmartin explained that this Tim Drake story has to do in particular with the character who tries to discover himself and his place in the Batman universe.
The latter is important because Tim Drake is the third of the four Robin who have existed throughout history. The first was Dick Grayson, who eventually became an independent entity under the name Nightwing. Then came Jason Todd, who died in a certain line of history and who also became Red Hood.
Tim Drake appeared in 1989 as the Robin of Batman the animated Series, the popular animated series of the 1990s. However, there is a fourth Robin: Damien Wayne, Bruce Wayne's son.
Anyway, this Robin isn't the first character in Batman's world to get out of the closet. The first was Kathy Kane, also known as Batwoman, introduced by DC in 2006.
