The Undefeated Vans are going to make streetwear fans fall in love and they come out this week

A new batch of Vans x Undefeated comes out this week and they're even more special than the first release.

To find the origin of the collaboration, we have to go back to the year 2002. At this time, an original sneaker and clothing store called Undefeated opened in California. Its success and its fast club of regular customers made it go from a niche business to a well-known brand, and they immediately began collaborating with some of our reference brands.

Only 5 years after its launch, the first collaboration between Vans and Undefeated has already been released. The 2007 sneaker season began with a new edition of the Vans Sk8 inspired by the colors of five NBA teams: The Lakers, the Clippers, the Knicks, the Bulls and the Supersonics.

15 years later, we recover the marriage and the “U-Man” icon to interpret, on this occasion, a series of Vans Old Skool LX. Seen for the first time on the feet of photographer Atiba Jefferson, this is how the new sneakers from the collaboration look like.

These are three Vans x Undefeated models with a canvas base printed with the mythical horseshoe-shaped logo in the style of the 2000s. Over this material, suede overlays elevate the model. To complete the California store's reverence, a metal appliqué has been placed over the laces with the inscription “UNDFTD”.

Vibrant colors have also been used on this occasion, although not ones that revere any sports team. There are three varieties: Bistro Green, Blue Lolite and Buckthorn Brown. They will be available on December 4 on the brands' websites.
