Alex Antón was a restless little boy who grew up with the ball at his feet. At school he waited impatiently for the bell to ring for recess to begin. At that time, I was jumping from the classroom to the soccer field. And of course, seen what has been seen, his mother always resorted to the tracksuit to dress him. "For me it was the most comfortable," he says. Time passed and this 41-year-old from Bilbao did not let go of his passion for this sport. His heart has been rojiblanco since he was born and when they asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up, he was clear: “footballer”. And in this sense, he achieved his goal: "I spent several years playing in Second Division B." Of course, then something had changed in this young man who studied Teaching. His green eyes and being 1.88 meters tall opened the door of fashion for him and, although he gave up moving to Barcelona to stand out as a model because he chose football, the different jobs he did in the sector helped him to become interested in this world. . In this way, this official who has stepped on the grass of the field until he was 39 years old, left the tracksuit only for when he went to train and he felt more comfortable wearing shirts and jackets: "Who has seen me and who sees me!"

While most of us choose our outfits we wear on the weekends more carefully, Alex admits that she can dress up more on a Tuesday than a Saturday: "It all depends on which foot I wake up on." In fact, if he has more informal plans, he changes his much-loved shirts and jackets for original t-shirts, many with fun drawings, like the one of a bicycle with lemons as wheels. And he also has a predilection for coats in winter. "Specifically, I like the three-quarter models, since I'm tall I think they fit me well," he says. In recent months, she has also included a wide variety of turtleneck sweaters in her wardrobe. They had never caught his attention until now. She bought one "to try" and already has a wide variety: "When I find a garment with which I am comfortable and I think it favors me, I end up buying it in various colors. My favorites are blue and dark green." From time to time, he completes his looks with caps. "But I can't stand hats, they make me very hot," he admits. And several bracelets that she has acquired on her travels adorn her wrists: "Right now I don't wear many because they don't let us travel."

For Alex, being stylish means feeling comfortable in what you wear, whether it's a tracksuit or a suit. And, in his case, the clothes he is comfortable in have changed over the years. «Before I dressed more casually, now I opt for more formal pieces. He always wore jeans; at this moment, instead, I prefer to wear dress pants, “he admits. He knows the trends well and does not hesitate to join them if he likes them. This is the case of the 'comfy' aesthetic, which has comfort as its flagship and which has been gaining ground in recent seasons. This stylish man from Bilbao does not hesitate to wear a tracksuit on the street, but yes, he chooses to combine jogger pants with other more elegant clothes, such as sweaters or coats.

Specifically, this type of sweatpants was recommended to her by her partner, Erika, during an afternoon shopping. «I don't usually buy clothes online, I enjoy going to the store more, seeing and trying on what catches my attention. Yes, I like to go shopping and get advice," he admits. In fact, on one of those shopping sprees, Alex allowed himself to be advised and included in his wardrobe a pair of pants and jackets with a print, checkered pattern or 'Prince of Wales' print.

In fact, her combinations when it comes to dressing have not gone unnoticed on social media. Last year she began to share her outfits with her followers, more than 2,700 on Instagram: "Before, I only used this social network to keep in touch with friends who no longer lived in the same city as me," she says. But now he usually takes advantage of his weekend getaways or his free time so that his partner captures some images that already accumulate hundreds of 'likes'. "Of course, then it's my turn to be behind the camera," he points out with a laugh. In the outfits that he shows in his profile, he masterfully introduces two-piece suits, made up of a jacket and pants, with sports shoes; or sweaters with booties; and it is that Alex dares with everything.

His 'followers' already tell him: «With that hanger everything looks good on you». And it is that he has been doing sports all his life, now that he does not play soccer he goes to the gym four or five times a week. "When I can, I also like to escape to the mountains with my friends," he adds. He follows a balanced diet, in which he eats "everything": "I especially like healthy food." And she also keeps her skin care on point with a facial routine that she has recently included.
