Upgrade
An anglicism used to refer to a reservation, for example a hotel or a plane, that is upgraded, normally without costing the client more. Most hotels offer their corporate clients or groups a certain number of "upgrades" based on the number of rooms occupied, with a cap.

Anglicism used to refer to a sales technique through which the customer is proposed to buy a more advanced and sophisticated product or service.
