Cocktails are a universe in themselves. They not only use their own language full of technicalities and elaborations that are mathematical formulas, but also because they evolve in terms of ingredients and results at cruising speed.
They are also the kings of the summer terraces, backed by their colourful and incessant range of options, which goes beyond the classics. Especially during the summer period, where perennial mojitos, caipirinhas and bloody Marys are added to proposals that attract attention and enjoy the rhythm of live music.
Electric punch
Ingredients. 60 ml of Love in the morning (electric flower liquor), 10 ml of Diplomatic exclusive reserve, 50 ml of mango, orange, agave, cinnamon and nail premix; Peychaud's bitters dash. Decoration: orange twist
-for the premix (half a liter): 4 mangos, 6 oranges without skin, 4 nails, 5 gr. From cinnamon to branch. We cook it in a vacuum at 70º for 3 hours, press the handle and oranges and add 150 ml of agave syrup.
-shake in Boston, double cast and serve in a long drink glass.
La Caseta
Ingredients:-5 cl. Apple brandy L'Alquitara del Obispo
-3 cl. Lemon juice
-1.5 cl. Sugar syrup
-1.5 cl. Fermet
-cardamom bitter touch
-top soda Schweppes
-put all the ingredients in cocktail and shake. Serve in ceramic booth and complete with soda Schweppes.
The inescapable requirement of any drink to be considered a cocktail is to be composed of a mixture of one or more alcoholic beverages to which other ingredients are added, ranging from fruit juices to soft drinks or syrup, to name but a few of the most common options. In Warsaw they use Love in the morning, a natural liqueur of electric flower, acid flavor and with its own seal, mixed with rum, biter (aromatized drink) and a premix of mango, orange, agave, cinnamon and nail to prepare Electric Punch, which serve in a long drink glass and decorate with an orange twist.
The possibilities of cocktails continue to grow not only by the use of new ingredients, but also by the use of novel combinations and presentations. The latest development of Warsaw Amares (Gijón) looks at the beach overlooking its views. The house, which is called, drinks from the novel 'Helena, or the summer sea', by Julián Ayesta, and it is due to the stokes that its creator, Borja Cortina, passed on the beach of San Lorenzo. He has apple brandy L'Alquitara del Obispo, lemon juice, sugar syrup, fermet (a bitter liqueur sweetened with herbs), cardamom biter and soda. Attention is also drawn to a combination of the name Collins de strawberry, which requires a good touch of gin, strawberry syrup, lemon juice, rose lemonade and, to decorate, a strawberry cut into carpaccio and a bouquet of peppermint.
Esencia de mujer
Ingredients.
-5 cl. Of Pisco
-1.5 cl of Ancho Reyes (Chilean lyric)
-2 raspberries
-1 touch of Chipotle tabasco
-4 cl. Lemon juice
-2 cl. Sugar syrup
-3 cl. Egg white
Herbs for decorating
-serve the Pisco and raspberry in the cockpit and cool. Add the rest of the ingredients with ice cube and shake vigorously.
-serve in coupette cup and decorate with peppermint.
Papina
Ingredients.
-5 cl of papaya 'shrub' (species of syrup)
-4 mint leaves
-1.5 cl. Of agave syrup
-five pieces of mandarin.
-chopped ice.
-top soda.
-Mint to decorate
-gather all the ingredients except ice, soda and mint. Makin 'like a mojito. Add chopped ice. Complete with soda. Finally, decorate with mint.
The essence of the woman who defends Warsaw on her terrace in Andrín (Llanes) tastes like South America. This cocktail brings grape brandy and Ancho Reyes-Chilean lycorder-in addition to tabasco chipotle, raspberries, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg whites. And with him, to top off, papina, which carries papaya shrub, mint leaves, agave syrup, mandarin and soda.
Collins de fresa
Ingredients.
-6 cl of Tanqueray ten,
-2 cl. Strawberry syrup
-1.5 cl. Lemon juice
-1 strawberry
-Pentimans rose lemonade
-cut the strawberry into carpaccio and serve with the gin in a long drink glass. Ice and the rest of the ingredients. Remove and complete with rose lemonade. Decorate with a bouquet of peppermint.
