In the messages you have sent us it is indicated that it is a current video recorded in Afghanistan and that the woman who appears in it is murdered for "wanting to study" or "wanting to be free".
The broadcast of the video coincides with the entry of the Taliban in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, after a rapid offensive by the terrorist group. On Sunday, August 15, the Afghan president fled the country. As well as the workers of the different Western embassies and organizations that were in the city. All after the withdrawal of US troops from the country.
[What is happening in Afghanistan? The arrival of the Taliban in Kabul puts the country in check]This new situation threatens the progress in human rights achieved by Afghan women. This has been indicated by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, who has said that the Taliban "are imposing severe restrictions on human rights in the areas under their control, especially aimed at women."

However, this is not a current video, nor is it recorded in Afghanistan. It is the video of an execution in Syria and it has been online since at least 2014.
The video of the execution of a woman is not current or in Afghanistan, it is in Syria in 2014
Doing a reverse Google search of the video we can find that it was first shared in November 2014. The Afghan Voice Agency (AVA) website, which describes itself as “the first media outlet to be established as non-governmental after the fall of the Taliban”, shared different frames of the video.
In the news shared by this Afghan media it is indicated that it is the video of an execution by the terrorist group Jabhat Al-Nusra, a division of Al Qaeda in Syria, "of a Syrian woman in Idlib for allegedly committing adultery".
The video of this public execution was later shared by the British media The Times and The Mirror, and in addition, Reuters collected this information in a teletype. And no website shows that it is the video of the execution of a woman in Afghanistan.
In the information published by Reuters, a story similar to that collected by the Afghan media is explained. The British communication agency also indicates that they are militants of the terrorist group Al-Nusra. And Rami Abdulrahman, director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, is quoted as explaining that it is an execution on the outskirts of the Syrian city of Idlib, after the woman was accused of adultery.
