Pedestrians run out of space in Bucaramanga

While the Mayor's Office allocates resources to hire works and turn Bucaramanga into a “walkable city”, in the streets the pedestrians demand the presence of the municipality and demand effective controls for the clearance and recovery of platforms, parks and squares.
